2.  THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
We collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:

  • Identity Data – your name.
  • Contact Data – your email address, telephone numbers and addresses for billing and delivery.
  • Financial Data – details of your bank account and payment card for your orders, collected through Stripe.
  • Transaction Data – details of your orders of our products and any other dealings you have with Hayani.

We receive the personal data that we hold about you purely from your own entries onto our website or our payment system, email correspondence from you or by recording in written form any telephone conversations we have with you. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

3.  HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it which include the following:

  • To register you as a new customer.
  • To process and deliver your order.
  • To manage your relationship with us, including managing payment for your orders from us.

We keep the personal data we collect for six years after you cease being a customer of us.

4.  HOW WE SHARE AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not share your personal data with anyone, other than with the following third-party data-processing systems:

  • Stripe: Stripe is a well-known payment services provider. We use it to ensure your payments for your orders are processed securely and in a timely fashion. The Stripe privacy policy can be found here.
  • Email systems: Our email system is supported by either Google using the Gmail web browser, by Apple using the Mail browser, or by Microsoft using the Outlook browser.

As we use these third-party storage systems, personal information may be stored in servers outside of the United Kingdom. However, we will only use your personal information in the United Kingdom.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally.

5.  INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We do not transfer, store and process your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

These third-party cookies are likely to be analytical cookies or performance cookies or targeting cookies.   Information shared with our payment processor includes each customer’s:

  • Email
  • Address
  • Phone
  • City/State/Zip
  • Unique payment identifier and
  • Payment provider identifier

You can block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our website.

Except for essential cookies, all cookies will expire after 2 days from you finishing your browsing session.
