The ‘INTENSE’ flavour of HAYANI's culinary Argan oils is the classic version which has been used for centuries in the South-West Moroccan cuisine.

This flavour of culinary Argan oil is obtained by slightly roasting the Argan kernels at a controlled temperature, prior the extraction. The resulting oil amazingly rich in taste, with a nutty aroma (close to hazelnut) and a distinctive amber tinge.
