"Words cannot express the heartfelt love, appreciation and profound respect I have for all the hardworking ‘Argan women artisans’, in the South West of Morocco, who play a key role in the perpetuation of the Moroccan Argan oil production, without whom Argan oil would not exist.

HAYANI's Culinary Argan oil is my way to pay homage to all these Moroccan ‘Argan women artisans’ who have always been the guardians of the Argan oil production, preserving its unique traditional know-how which is based on valuable hand-crafted talent inherited and passed down over generations, to perpetuate an ancestral tradition that not only maintain the survival of a national heritage but also sustain the vital equilibrium of whole Moroccan Argan oil social, economic and environmental ecosystem.

Argan oil, is one of the most precious Moroccan culinary treasure and like any precious treasure, it needs to be preserved!

If the Argan oil still exists today is because many persons have contributed directly or indirectly in the survival of this national culinary heritage that Argan oil represents for Morocco. 

Having enjoyed using Argan oil for more than ten years so far, I want to share this joy and express my gratitude to mother nature by contributing in my turn in the preservation and the perpetuation of the Moroccan Argan oil culinary heritage. Thus, through HAYANI's Culinary Argan oil produces, I strive to share this precious Moroccan delicacy with every gourmands - chefs and die-hard foodies included - while shedding the light on what makes this oil so sacred, rare and unique, so that current (and hopefully future) Argan users around the world remember that behind every single drop of Argan oil there are amazing women!"
